Description

The village of Abyaneh, located 40 kilometers northwest of Natanz in Isfahan province, is located on the slopes of Karkas Mountain. The village of Abyaneh is considered to be one of the most exceptional villages in Iran. It is considered as one of the most beautiful villages in Iran. Abyaneh has a spectacular, Has a favorable natural position. During the Safavid period, when the Safavid kings went to Natanz for summer, many of their closest and courtiers preferred to stay in Abyaneh. In the local language, they say, "Viuna". Vi means Viyane meaning "whore". Abyaneh has been a nonsense in the past. Throughout the time, Vine changed to Ayyana and then to Abyaneh.

Houses in Abyaneh are entirely erected on a slope on the north side of the Brasgrove River, with the flat roof of the lower houses, the courtyards of the upstream houses, and no wall encloses them. As a result, the village of Abyaneh in the first place seems to be a multi-storey village, which can be seen in some cases up to four floors. Abyane's rooms are equipped with sash wooden windows and often have wooden porches and wooden patios overlooking the dark alleys that have become spectacular and interesting. The exterior of the walls of Abyaneh houses is covered with red soil, whose mine is adjacent to the village.

The structural texture of the village houses is a "scalloped" shape for three periods of Seljuk, Safavid, and Qajar, and there is no deadlock alley. The steep climb of the mountain connects the house and garden from north to south and vice versa. In the narrow, curved and curved alleys that break the wind, the smell of dirt builds up in us that we are sleeping for hours. Abyaneh has three neighborhoods, the "bridge" (meaning "high"), "ismon", "one" (bottom ten). The old buildings of the village are covered with "red soil" on a steep slope of the gray mountain range, as the flames of fire dancers are seen on the ash cloud. This red soil has the effect that everything that it rains becomes stronger, just like the people of Abyane who stand in opposition to natural disasters such as earthquakes and floods, to the mountains of a cliff, and with the love of Tradition and architecture of their ancestral lands and all their ancestors' memories, they have kept buildings in every repair.

Because there is not enough space on the slopes of Abyaneh village to build houses, it is customary for each household to build a cave store in the hills of one kilometer of the village, along the road to Abyaneh. . These caves are dug in the hills and from outside only the short gates are used for keeping livestock, winter food and unnecessary things. The lives of people are agriculture, horticulture and animal husbandry, which is governed by traditional methods. . Most women work with men in economic affairs. Abyaneh has seven aqueducts used to irrigate farms and gardens. Wheat, barley, potatoes and all kinds of fruits, especially apples, plums, pears, apricots, almonds and walnuts in Abyaneh. In recent years, carpet weaving has spread to Abyaneh, and there are about 30 carpet workshops there. In the past, weaving has been one of the high-paid jobs of Abyane women, which is now largely abandoned.

The people of Abyaneh have preserved a lot of ethnic and traditional customs, including their ancient dialect and language, because of the mountainous nature of the area and the remoteness of their location from crowded centers and communication routes. The language of the people of Abyaneh is from the northwest Iranian languages, which, of course, has undergone many changes and changes, and now only a few of the original Pahlavi words are heard in their dialect.

The traditional clothing of the Abyanean people is still widespread among them, and in its preservation it is emphasized and biased; in men the pants are loose and a lot of black cloth (running) and in women a long shirt of colorful and colorful fabrics Is. In addition, Abyane women usually have white colored hats.
